GGW – Turning 30 Again
My sidekick Lucy and I got invited to chaperone a friend’s 30th birthday road trip to the Capital City. It’s hard to leave Podunk, even harder when Avalanche Alley — Highway 21 — is closed due to …avalanches.
We had to go the long way around, through Kansas and parts of Nebraska. We made it in time for Stop 1 — the Alabama Shakes concert.
But big birthdays often come with big, or at least medium sized complications.
