I’m Gina Knudson. My grandparents and great-grandparents clearly had an aversion to places with much population so small towns were nothing new for me. I moved to Salmon, Idaho in 2002 and was not surprised by its podunkery. I have been surprised by its paradisery. Sometimes I write about one or the other, and sometimes I write about their intersection.
